• Do you ship internationally?
  

 Yes, but only for stickers and sticker packs.

• How long do you take to ship and when do the items arrive?

I ship the items within 1-3 days. They arrive within a week of shipping in the U.S. For international orders, they take about 2+ weeks to arrive.

• How are products shipped?

Stickers will be shipped in an envelope to keep shipping costs low. Penpal kits will be shipped in polymailers.

• What are the return/exchange policies?

I don't do returns or exchanges, however, if there is a problem with your order, please email me!
